American bakeries range from wholesale operations that supply restaurants to neighborhood shops that sell bread, pastries, cookies and cakes over the counter, and many of them also pour coffee. Bagel shops boil and bake on site and sell out of favorite flavors by late morning; donut shops open before dawn and are often family-run; patisseries and cake studios take custom orders for weddings and birthdays and usually need one to two weeks' notice. Ice cream parlors, gelato shops and frozen yogurt bars are seasonal in the northern states and year-round in the South and on the West Coast. Prices are posted per item, by the dozen or by the pound, and most shops now take cards and mobile payment.

Fayetteville is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Fayetteville follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I am a crumbl lover but this store really isn’t it. I only go now when the cookie selection is the best and this week it is. Unfortunately they gave me 2 wrong cookies out of 6. At first I noticed but then thought maybe it just looked like another cookie. I took them to the car and checked my order and it was 2 wrong cookies. I took them back in and told them what was wrong and instead of letting me keep the 2 wrong cookies and replacing the new ones, they threw away the 2 cookies. I understand the service industry, and as a server, I would have at least offered to let them keep the cookies they didn’t order instead of just throwing them away in front of everyone. Obviously you can’t resell them but at least let the customer keep the cookies if it was the stores fault.

I havent been in a while but decided to go again for the dubai chocolate. The smores cookie they gave me was deformed and way smaller than the other ones. They also again reminded me why i stopped going due to the fact of them never have the flavors I want and then I got to replace it with something else. It's just irritating honestly. Great people great customer service but im always let down smh

Kaileigh was absolutely amazing! She was super friendly, got my order to me incredibly fast, and honestly looked like she was running the whole store. Her customer service was outstanding, and she made the experience even better. 10/10 service I’ll definitely be coming back. I love Crumbl!

To be fair this was a visit for free cookie vouchers on Valentine’s Day, the wait was long and the order was somewhat incorrect but it was in my favor. They gave me an extra cookie. I did see a few orders from other that were wrong too but the staff immediately addressed the issue and fixed it while I was waiting for mine. Great cookies but I wish they had lower calorie options. Overall great business and good staff!

I wanted to leave 0 stars but it wouldn’t let me. Please get a staff that actually wants to work there. I places a mobile order and it said it would be ready at 8:21. I go in at 8:25 and they say it wasn’t ready yet they had to bake more. Somebody marked my order as picked up as I was waiting. I didn’t get my order until almost 8:50! Nobody greeted at the front and I had to ask for someone to come upfront. I won’t be back… the cookies are already high then you get trash service!! I took verification as well DO BETTER!!
